Louise Miller is a Coach, a Learning & Development Consultant, and a Creative.
Louise’s career in Learning & Development began in Australia in 1997 where she facilitated both soft and technical skills for Ansett & Qantas Cabin Crew while completing a bachelor’s degree in Adult Education.
In 2006, she launched Louise Miller Consulting, providing Learning & Development solutions for global clients. Based in Sydney and Indonesia, Louise designed and delivered impactful learning programmes for the Department of Transport, six Australian Embassies in the Asia-Pacific region, Railcorp, and Australian Quarantine as well as interventions with the experiential Team Building GoGame in the United States.
Louise completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in Bali in 2008 leading to a master’s degree in creative writing in the USA, published short stories, and was awarded a Hawthornden Fellowship in her homeland of Scotland.
Louise’s natural communication style led her to coach clients in the Third sector and onwards to her current role as Coaching Lead at a large NHS Trust in London. An accredited Time to Think Facilitator and graduate of the Innerview programme, her practice of hearing and seeing clients continues. Her special sauce is allowing clients to find and use their creative soul to build confidence and esteem in and out of the workplace.
Louise loves to teach both yoga and Laughter Yoga sessions at local community centres near her new, permanent home in London. She is completing her collection of short stories as well as offering creative writing classes and, more recently, an eclectic mix of tunes on her local radio station.
